Prior to starting McKenna Law, PLLC, in Derry, NH, Dan worked at one of the largest medical malpractice law firms in New England and a personal injury law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire. Dan founded McKenna Law, PLLC, to provide individuals excellent legal services, and give each person the individual attention each case deserves.
Dan attended the Catholic University of America and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school he interned for Judge Stephen Abany of the Massachusetts Trial Court. Dan also worked for the Massachusetts Department of Safety working for a number of boards and departments including the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
Dan served as Chair of the Derry New Hampshire School Board. Before law school, Dan was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives where he sat on the Election Law Committee. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for Southern New Hampshire Services.
