SSDI

We have offered skilled, caring, and experienced legal representation to disabled clients who are seeking Social Security disability benefits or Veterans' disability compensation.

Since 1991, we have offered skilled, caring, and experienced legal representation to clients in North Carolina who are seeking Social Security Disability Insurance benefits (SSDI or DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

We understand that it can be financially and emotionally devastating if you can no longer work because of your disabilities. And having to fight the Social Security Administration for your benefits makes things worse. If your claim for benefits has been denied, don't give up. SSA routinely denies claims that have merit. With proper case development and effective legal advocacy, cases SSA initially rejects have a good chance of being approved on appeal.

At McGill & Noble, our attorneys have been helping people throughout North Carolina obtain the disability benefits they need for more than 25 years. We understand how the Social Security Administration (SSA) works and what it takes to prove disability. We work on getting your benefits so that you can focus on your health.

From the initial consultation through the resolution of your case, we will work closely with you to develop an effective strategy for your claim.
