Helping South Carolina Clients Obtain Compensation for Injuries and Losses

At McDougall LawFirm, LLC, our lawyers have experience with workers' compensation, personal injury and wrongful death and other litigation matters. Since 1996, our Beaufort accident and injury attorneys have been helping our clients obtain full and fair compensation.
Workers' Compensation

The workers' compensation system was set up to help ensure that injured workers were adequately compensated for work-related injuries. Filing a workers' compensation claim, however, can be a difficult process. Claims get denied and even accepted claims often fall short of covering all of the expenses for injured workers. We will help you through the process to obtain the compensation you need.

Commercial and Corporate Litigation

We represent a wide variety of business clients in business litigation matters that involve:

Nursing home abuse
Dental and chiropractor
Psychologists and psychiatrist
Financial professionals
Stock brokers
Securities brokers
