Judith Homan has more than 20 years' experience as a lawyer in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. Her primary area of practice has always been family law, and she is familiar with the statutes, the state rules of procedure and local rules of county courts.
Judith went to high school in Centre County, Pennsylvania and got her Bachelor's degree from Penn State at University Park. She moved to New Hampshire and obtained her law degree at the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire in 1993. The Law Center joined the local university and became known as the UNH School of Law.
Judith became a member of the New Hampshire and Pennsylvania Bar Associations immediately after receiving her Juris Doctor degree. She ran a solo business and a partnership before joining a mid-size law firm specializing in the practice of family law. There, she assumed a leadership role in the litigation department, handling divorce, custody support and similar cases. Her experience included representation of clients' interests in the Circuit Courts of many counties and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
In 2014, Judith returned to the State College area to join the Mazza Law Group, where she is responsible for the majority of the divorce, custody and related family law cases. She has the assistance of staff and other attorneys with many years of experience in this field of law. Judith is available for consultation, representation and litigation for clients involved in divorce or other court proceedings. If you have questions or need help with your legal issues, contact the Mazza Law Group to learn more about Judith and her colleagues.
