Mr. May is a founding shareholder of the Firm. He serves on the Firm's Management Committee and is currently the Chairman of the Firm's Board of Directors. Philip is the head of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Philip's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, including general commercial litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, landlord and tenant law, construction law, administrative adjudications, alternative dispute resolution, business torts, and professional liability.
Philip has completed mediation training at the University of Phoenix.
