Michael P. Higgins received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1975. He attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Oregon in 1981 and in Washington in 1982.
Mike has been practicing law in Clark County, Washington since 1982. He has served as a trustee (three year term) and as a treasurer (two year term) for the Clark County Bar Association. He has a BV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mike practices in the following areas of law: probate, trust, and guardianship matters, incuding complex litigation matters, bankruptcy, where he represents both creditors and debtors in business and consumer cases; business, including business formations, transactional matters, and litigation; real estate law, including transactions, foreclosures, and litigation; estate planning, including complex estate planning for avoidance of federal estate taxes; and collections and debtor and creditor law.
Mike is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Southwest Washington. His personal interests are running and hiking to maintain fitness, reading, and taking care of his rose garden. In November, 2011, Mike accomplished a lifetime dream traveling to Nepal and trekking in the Himalayas to Kala Pattar at 18,540 feet to see Mt. Everest with his own eyes 4 miles away.

Jeffrey J. Hatch

Jeffrey J. Hatch graduated from Brigham Young University and received his law degree from Willamette University. Mr. Hatch has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1994, practicing in Eastern Washington prior to returning to the west side of the state to join the firm in 2000.
Mr. Hatch practices in the following areas of law: family law matters, including marriage dissolutions or separations; custody disputes, child support determinations, and modifications of both prior custody or support orders; personal injury law; estate planning and wills; and misdemeanor criminal defense. Mr. Hatch also handles appeals from trial court decisions before Washington State's Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Hatch is involved in the community. He has served as an adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America. He has been a member of a local chapter of the Kiwanis Service Club, including a term as the chapter president. He has coached Salmon Creek Little League baseball teams and Clark County Youth Football teams for multiple years.

Daniel G. Marsh, a 1962 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, served as a Washington State Senator for eight years and a Washington State Representative for eight years. Mr. Marsh's practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, guardianships, and some family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Throughout the 50 years of his legal career, Mr. Marsh has prepared numerous estate planning documents, represented many divorce and personal injury clients, and has served as an arbitrator. He received the distinction of being listed as a Super Lawyer in the August/September 2000 issue of Washington Law & Politics Magazine.
Mr. Marsh is involved in several professional law organizations, including acting as the former President of the Estate Planning Council of Southwest Washington and participating as a member of the Clark County and Washington Bar Associations.
In his personal time, Mr. Marsh enjoys history, politics, book collecting, bird watching, playing racquetball, and attending musical events with his wife, Linda.

Michael P. Higgins received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1975. He attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Oregon in 1981 and in Washington in 1982.
Mike has been practicing law in Clark County, Washington since 1982. He has served as a trustee (three year term) and as a treasurer (two year term) for the Clark County Bar Association. He has a BV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Jeffrey J. Hatch graduated from Brigham Young University and received his law degree from Willamette University. Mr. Hatch has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1994, practicing in Eastern Washington prior to returning to the west side of the state to join the firm in 2000.
