As a former law clerk for the late James E. Barrett, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, she gained a unique perspective into appellate issues and welcomes appellate work in most areas of law. As a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney during her years with the Internal revenue Service and as a former Deputy District Attorney for Denver and Fort Collins, she gained invaluable litigation experience. Lynn has tried a number of civil cases to conclusion, as well. In addition, Lynn was staff counsel for the Wyoming Public Service Commission and she served the Wyoming Bar Association as Commissioner of the First Judicial District for two three-year terms.
