He has represented creditors in commercial and consumer loan workouts, foreclosure actions, receiverships, real estate disputes, bankruptcy, commercial and residential lease negotiation/litigation, and unsecured debt collection. He also represents individuals and businesses in Ch. 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings.
