Firm Overview

I have been practicing for over 5 years in the State of Nevada. I have practiced primarily in Civil Litigation (including Landlord/Tenant matters) and Personal Injury (where I have negotiated and settled over 400 cases). I pride myself on advocating for my clients and thinking outside of the box to try to resolve the matter in a way that will address my client's concerns. I have also handled hundreds of State of Nevada employee disciplinary proceedings, in many cases on judicial review and on two cases I represented by clients before the Nevada Supreme Court, where I was successful on both matters (The State of Nevada Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services v. Deborah Morse, Docket No. 59262 and Patricia Petro v. The State of Nevada Health and Human Services, Mental Health and Developmental Services Division, Docket No. 56999). Additionally, I have handled business matters including injunctions, specifically in Barbara Jensen v. Charlie Brown, I filed for an emergency motion to stay the District Court Judge's issuance of a harmful injunction and was successful in meeting the burden to have the District Court Judge's injunction overturned. Finally, I have also represented multiple clients in family law matters, for the most part we are able to settle the matters outside of trial, but I have also tried family matters (specifically divorce and custody/support issues).
