The Lenahan Law Firm

The Lenahan Law Firm

Marc Lenahan's six-attorney team at The Lenahan Law Firm represents only a small handful of severely injured clients at a time. Here, we believe that severe injuries deserve premier care.

Firm Overview

Our team includes an attorney who is also a Registered Nurse, two Board Certified Appellate attorneys, an attorney who represented insurance companies and doctors for two decades, and Marc Lenahan. Very few injury attorneys ever close a case for over a million dollars. But Marc has many times. He even closed cases for over one million, over two million, and over ten million on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the same week. It is not known if that has ever been achieved elsewhere.

The Firm represents severely injured clients all over Texas, and victims of 18-wheeler accidents all over the country.

Marc is also the Chair of the National Compassion Fund, and a past-President of the National Crime Victim Bar Association.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

The injury attorneys in Texas who are respected by other attorneys often represent between 80-200 clients each. The injury attorneys on TV and billboards can represent 500-1,000 cleints each.

Here, our six lawyers always have less than 10 active clients each. And usually less. We believe there is no substitute for focus or TLC. If one attorney has sixty times as many clients as our attorneys do, how can they give any one client the quality time that we deveote to our clients? We think it is impossible.

Marc Lenahan

Marc has a lot of awards. But he'll tell you that most awards are complete nonsense. Any lawyer willing to write "membership" checks to the ever-growing industry that creates awards for attorneys will have a lot of awards.

Accomplishments, however, can be more meaningful. Marc has helped many clients put their lives back together, and has forced changes that have saved the lives of many others. Those are accomplishments Marc is proud of.

Marc is also the Chair of the National Compassion Fund; a past-President of the National Crime Victim Bar Association; and one of a very, very few injury attorneys who have ever closed a case for over $10,000,000.

Wes is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law and has been an appellate lawyer for over a decade, serving at a number of large defense firms before entering practice as a plaintiff's lawyer. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin; and of and Baylor Law School, where he served as an editor of the Baylor Law Review.
