My office offers fixed fees for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Estate Planning and Guardianships for Incapacitated Persons. Further, a percentage-based fee is offered for Credit Card Litigation Defense and Estate Administration cases. All fees are confirmed in writing to the client ahead of representation.

Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Bill is a zealous advocate for his clients and approaches each case with both diligence and compassion.
A 1998 graduate of Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, Bill began his professional life working as a TSS Worker, offering counseling and assistance to children with learning and/or behavioral challenges.
From there, Bill attended Widener University School of Law at the Wilmington, Delaware campus. It was here that Bill's talents as a litigator began to take hold. Bill was elected President of the Moot Court Honor Society and was selected to the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
In both intra-scholastic and inter-scholastic competition, Bill earned distinction: Quarter-Finalist, G. Fred DiBona Intrascholastic Moot Court Competition; Quarter-Finalist, William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition; 2nd Place, Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society Fall Writing Competition; Finalist, Hugh B. Pearce Trial Advocacy Competition.
After graduation, Bill worked for law firms in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, eventually opening his own practice as a solo practitioner.
