For many businesses who are not large enough to have their own legal department, his office serves in such a capacity. No payment of a monthly retainer is required. Whenever a question may arise, the client is free to contact our offices and is simply billed for any time spent.

He has had considerable experience in both transactional and litigation facets of these areas. His years of experience in handling both matters has given him unique insight into the legal situations that businesses typically encounter. His usual procedure with existing clients is to emphasize means to avoid disputes or litigation by taking precautionary procedures, as he has found them to be more cost effective. However, when litigation cannot be avoided, his office is prepared and experienced enough to assist clients in bringing about a speedy and successful result.
His office also strives to provide excellent customer service while building a relationship of trust with his clients, many of whom he has represented for years on end. His normal practice is to provide copies of all correspondence and other documents to the clients. Not just copies of documents that his office generates, but also copies that are received from any other source, including opposing counsel. In this way clients are kept informed of the status of their proceedings, without having to constantly call and inquire. Additionally, itemized invoices are provided so that clients are aware of the exact services for which they are being billed.
