Mr. Soobitsky graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1985 and the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the bar in 1988. As a 30 year resident of Howard County he has raised three kids and watched the grow. He has practiced family law for 32 years. He loves to help people. He volunteers at his kids schools and his temple. He started the Law Offices of Jayson A. Soobitsky, P.A. in 2002 in order to help people. He takes a practical approach to the practice of law. He is upfront and does not sugar coat his advice. Going through a divorce or custody issue is very personal. It is one of the most stressful events that you will ever experience. Litigation is always a last resort. Mr. Soobitsky uses every effort to work out your case without litigation including 4 way meetings, mediation, and collaborative law. If litigation becomes necessary he will do his best to protect your rights.
