At our firm, clients come first. We care about the individuals we represent and work hard so victims and their families can obtain the justice they deserve. Our team believes there is a direct correlation between our passion for what we do and our continued success in fighting for the rights of the injured. Our track record affirms this.

What are your firm's strengths and style?

As our client, you can always rely on us to be available for your questions and concerns. We work very hard to give each case the nuanced advocacy required. Rather than overloading our attorneys with cases, we are selective so that we can be sure to give each case we accept the full attention it needs. Our firm is available to clients 24/7 throughout the duration of their case. Our attorneys have recovered millions of dollars for our deserving clients, including numerous multi-million dollar recoveries. With decades of experience and a reputation for successful advocacy, you can rely on us to represent you well. Our lead attorney is a member of the prestigious, invitation-only Million Dollar Advocates Forum® and has been named among The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. Our reputation in the profession only affirms what our clients already know: When it comes to fighting for the injured, Jordan Law is a team on which you can count.

Jason Jordan

Jordan Law

Jason W. Jordan is the founding member of Jordan Law. Mr. Jordan has dedicated his professional career to helping injured victims receive full and fair compensation under the law. This requires complex legal wrangling with multi-billion dollar insurance companies and their legal counsel.

Mr. Jordan prides himself on being a true trial lawyer. While not all cases need to be tried, or even litigated, Mr. Jordan has a reputation for going to trial when the insurance company refuses to fairly evaluate his clients’ claims. Mr. Jordan successes in both Federal and State Court has lead to other lawyers bringing cases to Jordan Law to litigate and try. Mr. Jordan has had success with large verdicts in these co-counsel agreements in both Federal and State Courts.

Mr. Jordan practice encompasses nearly all types of personal injury cases. His practice includes, but is not limited to, civil litigation, catastrophic injury cases, as well as personal injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents, semi-truck accidents, and motorcycle accidents, as well as wrongful death, product defects, brain injury, orthopedic injury, spinal cord injury, and bad faith insurance litigation.

Lars Bergstrom

Jordan Law

Lars F. Bergstrom is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in civil and criminal trials throughout Colorado and Nebraska. He has also appeared in military courts throughout the country. Mr. Bergstrom received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University where he studied international economics. Mr. Bergstrom earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He also studied business administration at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He was called to active duty with the United States Army a few credits shy of obtaining his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Bergstrom accepted a commission with the United States Army and served on active duty in the Army JAG Corps for three and a half years before transferring the Army Reserves. While on active duty, Mr. Bergstrom served in the legal assistance office, administrative law office, and with the Army’s Trial Defense Service where he defended hundreds of soldiers facing court-martial and adverse administrative actions. Mr. Bergstrom was called up to active duty from 2005-2007 during which time he was one of the Army’s busiest criminal defense attorneys handling some of the military’s most complex cases. Mr. Bergstrom serves on the board of directors of The Home Front Cares, a Colorado charity providing emergency assistance to service-members and veterans.

Mr. Bergstrom worked for many years and was a partner at a top-rated Colorado litigation defense firm before coming to Jordan Law. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Colorado and Nebraska.
