Mr. Korta provides experienced legal counsel to corporations, entrepreneurs, families, and nonprofit organizations. He specializes in business, estate planning, and nonprofit law.
Previously, Mr. Korta was an associate at Avrin & Regolsky and contributing author for Harvard Universityâs Health and Human Rights Resource Guide. He interned for the Hon. Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Attorneyâs Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Korta graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and Fordham University at Rose Hill (Phi Beta Kappa). During law school, he clerked for Alston, Hunt, Floyd & Ing, worked as research assistant to Prof. Susan K. Sloane, and wrote for the Northeastern University Law Review.
