Estate planning involves not only the protection of assets, but also individuals who may be vulnerable to both financial and legal proceedings. Cases often combine legal complexities with emotionally charged issues.
Jack Stephens established our San Diego-based law firm to help clients take proactive steps to reduce legal proceedings costs and tax burdens through trusts and estate planning. The drafting of Trusts is not all we do in our legal practice. Family members suffering from disabilities or dementia require an equally dedicated approach in ensuring both safety and financial stability.
