How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Harry Steven Ellman after graduating Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 1971 practiced with law firms that did real estate syndications and condominium law. He found it most interesting and started doing commercial loans for a National Bank for many years and eventually formed his own title insurance agency, Fidelity Title Company; which specialized in commercial transactions.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I serviced a National Bank for 10 years and sat on the Board of Directors of a Federal Savings Bank for 17 years.
Also I have argued cases in the Michigan Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Appeals.

We are affiliated with a title insurance agency and have our offices physically within their offices. We have abstractors and examiners at our finger tips for information on the real estate in question.
