Providing excellent customer service, and working together with the client as a team to achieve the best outcome.

Firm Overview

I am a solo practicioner that focuses on family law issues, including divorce, paternity establishment, child support enforcement and modification, visitation enforcement and modification, domestic violence injunctions and restraining orders, and name change. I personally deal with clients from the initial consult, drafting pleadings, mediation, and hearings. I work together with the client as a team in order to achieve the best results possible.

I like to be proactive in cases in following up with the courts and the other party in order to move the case along.

I like to provide excellent customer service by having personal contact with the client, keeping them informed of their case, and working out a strategy in order to move forward with the case.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My firm provides personal customer service. I deal with clients directly as opposed to legal assistants/paralegals. You can call me directly as opposed to a convoluted phone system. I work with the client together as a team, and work the client every step in the process. I work cases as efficiently as possible so as to not prolong the case more than necessary.

Gonzalo Macchi

Law Offices of Gonzalo C. Macchi, PLLC

I have been practicing family law since 2005. I started out working with an attorney who focused on family law, and was the conflict attorney for Child Support Enforcement Cases. I then worked at a boutique law firm, where I became the assistant supervisor for my department, which included supervising attorneys, and making sure that the cases were in compliance. I then worked for a large law firm, starting and heading up the family law department, and training the attorneys and staff. I have handled every aspect of the cases, including initial client consults, drafting pleadings, obtaining discovery, attending and negotiating at mediation, and taking the case to trial, if necessary. I have handled a variety of family law issues, including domestic violence cases, divorces, enforcement and modification of child support and visitation issues, and establishment of paternity rights,
