Madonna graduated from Washington& Lee University School of Law in 1995. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in WV as well as the United States Supreme Court.
She has worked professionally with Bill Druckman since 1995. Together they have built one of West Virginia’s premier legal practices representing individuals and families injured by the malpractice of medical professionals.
Clients value Madonna’s personal approach to building a working relationship with them. A native West Virginian, she returned to her home state after getting her law degree to fulfill her dream of helping clients in a unique way that makes many of them feel she is a trusted member of their family. Madonna emphasizes knowing her clients thoroughly, to build the foundation for the kind of credibility that leads to trial effectiveness. Because she is proud to represent clients and families who have suffered major injury and loss, Madonna approaches malpractice litigation as the opportunity to ensure that those who depend on her get the full benefit that is due to them from the legal system.
On a personal level, Madonna is married to a full-time West Virginia National Guardsman who has served in Afghanistan. She is an adoptive mother of two children, is the president of the Guatemala Adoptive Families Association of West Virginia, and is actively involved in her church as a volunteer teacher of children in the third through fifth grades.
