I try to get to know you and your goals. I'm a problem solver. Divorce, especially with children, is emotionally difficult. Good decisions are vitally important in guiding and nurturing your children.

I want to help you get control over your life, which helps to make stress more manageable. I look for defining moments during what seems like hopeless times to help you find and develop opportunities for your life. In helping people out of dark places, my measure of success is hearing that my clients and their children are thriving two years after the divorce is final.

I encourage divorcing couples to try to work things out. It is important to listen to each other and communicate with dignity and respect. This can be challenging when the other side is confrontational and lacking in integrity. If necessary, I will be tenacious, while being vigilant for ways to move forward, in a constructive way.

My leading cause is the Red Cross, where I donate platelets. bike rides to help raise funds to battle diabetes and cancer. I've found sharing with others helps puts everything else in perspective.

I work with individuals and businesses on a wide array of issues, from the relatively routine, to the unusual. Litigation is a part of business, but it needs to be kept in perspective so you can do what you do best.
