Lawyer Christopher Carr:
I am a Chester County Foreclosure Attorney and I understand how hard this is for you. You can't pay your mortgage any longer and the bank is threatening to take your home. Well that's where I come in.
All I can tell you speaking from experience is that you will feel so much better after we talk and you learn that things are not so hopeless as they may seem and especially after you file. I care about my clients and take their welfare seriously. I will be so gratified if you'll give me the chance to make that difference for you!

Some Detail About Me:

Mr. Carr is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Ripon College (Ripon, WI) and The Ohio State University College of Law, also with his MBA in Finance from Ohio State and a Post MBA Certification from Penn State. Attorney Carr has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law in a variety of business and consumer oriented disciplines and environments. He also has had 7 years of business experience in the Technology, Insurance and Banking Industries including 4 years experience as a Financial Analyst with a Fortune 100 company prior to practicing law.

He has largely concentrated his practice in Debtor Defense and Settlement, Foreclosure Defense, Consumer Bankruptcy, and Mortgage Modification since 2008. He believes that his intimate understanding of finance and business background serves his clients well. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA)

He lives in Coatesville, Pennsylvania with his wife & assistant, Tricia, and two children.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

After 25 years at the bar in a variety of specialties and environments, from corporate counsel to a software developer (doing software licensing work for the most part and looking after the company's other legal interests at the same time) for almost 7 years to a staff attorney for a prominent real estate developer and several stints as a business lawyer within well known medium sized and boutique firms in Philadelphia, I wanted to find a way to utilize my unusual background and compassionate nature in a way that would allow me to truly help my fellow man and allow me to pay for my daily bread at the same time. Debt work was the natural answer for me and this is what I have been doing in one form or another since late 1998. Success did not come quickly or easily but it did come and I must say that the work is very satisfying and interesting

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I am a trained MBA (in Finance) educated at a nationally ranked business school and a Fortune 500 experienced Financial Analyst as well as a Designated Debt Relief Agency/bankruptcy provider with a highly practical viewpoint. This assists me to come to grips with your financial problems and issues in a way that no one with a purely legal background can. I understand numbers and quickly draw insight from them.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I am a trained and experienced MBA/Financial Analyst as well as a Designated Debt Relief Agency/bankruptcy provider. Unlike other lawyers and debt professionals who will try to steer you in the direction of whatever "solution" they may favor (e.g. will make them the most money), I will carefully examine ALL available options with you and guide you carefully and compassionately to your own decision. My philosophy is to treat every client who comes to me as if the case were my own. My goal is to remove the impediments standing in the way of your becoming financially functional again in all respects after unemployment, reduction in income, death of a spouse, divorce, illness, whatever plagues you existence. In particular, my goal is to save your property, be it money, a precious collection, a home, a vacation place, a boat, cars, even your apartment, if and as applicable, by any means necessary! Debt settlement, foreclosure defense, fair debt actions, loan modification and even when necessary, a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy, we have done them all and often find that the best plan will involve pursuing more than one course at the same time
