The Law Offices of Charles R. Zeh, Esq.

We are a full service small firm located in Reno, Nevada. Between our three attorneys we have decades of legal experience.

Firm Overview

The law firm of The Law Offices of Charles R. Zeh, Esq., brings over a century of experience running the spectrum from mediation to civil litigation. In addition to dispute resolution, our firm expertly drafts legal instruments such as wills, trusts, contracts, leases, mortgages, deeds of trust, promissory notes, limited liability company operating agreements and the like. Our areas of specialization include probate, civil litigation, business, commercial property, residential sales, landlord-tenant problems, environmental law, employment law, Indian law, housing and more. We have given advice at the business level for compliance with marijuana laws in Nevada. We also give advice to our institutional clients on Nevada's Open Meeting Law.

We have helped take a major northern Nevada casino public, and to facilitate that effort, completed mergers and acquisitions. Should it become necessary to defend our work product, we are skilled litigators. Our clients include governmental institutions, small businesses, Indian Tribes and individuals. We have engaged in class action litigation and have appeared in court houses with potbellied stoves to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Nevada Supreme Court. In each forum, we gave our best effort on behalf of the client. One of our cases made it to the United States Supreme Court, where new law was made.
