What are your firm's strengths and style?

We pride ourselves on giving the best possible representation to our clients. We understand the financial pressure on small businesses and we understand that litigation can be costly, particularly when a client has been sued unexpectedly. We try our best to steer a case toward early case assessment and if possible mediation so that our clients' resources can be preserved as much as possible to get the dispute resolved rather than prolonging the litigation process. When an early resolution is not feasible, we prepare to go to trial if necessary. Even if a company or an insurer is funding the defense of a case, litigation is stressful. We try to help make the process less stressful by being available to explain the litigation and discovery process, and by preparing our clients so that they know what to expect at each stage of a case. We can work out payment plans, and we take credit card payments from our clients who are funding their own litigation. Some disputes may lend themselves to contingent fee arrangements. As a small litigation practice, we have the flexibility to tailor our representation to our client's needs.
