Firm Overview

The Law Office of Calvert & Hubach, LLC is a dedicated Nevada criminal defense law firm providing cost effective legal representation to those persons accused of committing crimes. We do this through the use of over 60 years of combined criminal defense experience and skills; the use of the most recent technologies; and by keeping our office overhead expenses low.

Within our many years of criminal defense practice, we have represented thousands of persons accused of crimes and facing loss of their freedom and in some cases, their life. We represent persons accused of all different types of crimes and our experience spans representing persons facing the death penalty for murder, all the way down to a simple speeding ticket. However, we currently concentrate on those persons accused of marijuana crimes; and for those persons accused of Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

As members of the NORML Legal Committee, we are Nevada marijuana lawyers. We have represented hundreds of persons accused of marijuana possession, marijuana sales and marijuana transporting. None of these marijuana clients have gone to jail! Remember, many people are arrested and charged with crimes but that doesn't mean that they will be found guilty. An effective and experienced marijuana criminal defense attorney is needed to not only protect our client's rights but to keep them out of jail.

Our marijuana clients come to us from all over the United States and some foreign countries. They are usually merely passing through Nevada and immediately leave the state and go home after bailing out of jail. They need a Nevada lawyer who not only concentrates in marijuana defense but who also has the experience to handle the logistics that are unique to an out-of-state client. As for our experience in handling out- of-state clients, we have represented hundreds of such persons.
