Mr. Shreve has focused his practice on marriage and family law. He was a full time trial attorney from 1998 to 2000 for Dauphin County. From 2000-2013, he was Solicitor for Dauphin County Children and Youth, where he litigated thousands of custody hearings, abuse hearings, and termination proceedings. Mr. Shreve is engaged in the full time practice of law in Harrisburg, PA, with an emphasis on divorce and family law including child custody, support, and adoption. He received his B.A. from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude, in 1994, and went on to graduate from the Widener University School of Law in 1998.
From 1998-2000, he was employed as a trial attorney with the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. From 2000-2013, Mr. Shreve was Solicitor for Dauphin County Children and Youth where he prosecuted thousands of custody trial, abuse hearings, and termination proceedings. From 2000 to present, Mr. Shreve has focused his practice on issues related to family law, particularly regarding divorce and legal and physical custody of minor children, including child support and adoption.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Unites States District Court for the Middle District. He has argued before the Supreme, Superior, Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, and has lectured on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
