A small firm focusing on bankruptcy.

Attorney Sara Gray has over 15 years experience helping clients attain debt relief through Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. Attorney Timothy Bell joined the firm to head up the bankruptcy division in 2017, bringing with him over 10 years of bankruptcy experience. The firm is able to service clients in the counties of Will, Cook, Dupage, Grundy, Kendall, and Kane.
Timothy Bell is able to take a comprehensive look at his clients' financial situation to help the client make informed decisions about whether to file bankruptcy, as well as which Chapter will provide the best result for their unique situation.
One area in which Timothy Bell is particularly interested is the use of bankruptcy to overcome driver's license suspension or ineligibility for renewal. Many attorneys believe that bankruptcy cannot do much to assist you with loss of driving privileges or vehicle impoundment due to unpaid moving violations, unsatisfied judgments, tollway violations, and unpaid parking tickets. That is simply not correct.
If you are facing wage or bank garnishment, collection calls or lawsuits, foreclosure, repossession, spiraling payday loan debt, eviction or business insolvency, please call.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Bankruptcy has increasingly become an area where an attorney must commit to the practice area. It is very difficult--and dangerous for the client--for attorneys to "dabble" in bankruptcy. The attorney needs a deep understanding of bankruptcy law and practice. While no one hopes to find themselves needing a bankruptcy attorney, the experience of having the tools to provide our clients with a better life for themselves and their families is very rewarding. When you trust Sara Gray and Timothy Bell with your bankruptcy, you are not only getting skilled practitioners, but attorneys who understand that financial problems can be stressful. They spend the time it takes to make sure you understand your options and the relief that is available to you.
