How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I began working as a Wills and Probate attorney over 25 years ago while working for Hollrah, Lange, & Thoma nka Morris, Lendais, Hollrah, and Snowden. It is the principal area of concentration for this office. We also assist businesses with both collection and transactional matters.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I am a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin (1976) B.A. Degree in Government
University of Houston (1981) Masters Degree in Education
South Texas College of Law (1986) Law Degree and member of South Texas Law Journal and Deans List

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

This office provides reasonably priced legal services from an experienced attorney. All legal documents are prepared by Mr. Shapley not by paralegals or legal secretarys.

Gary Shapley

Mr. Shapley is a native Houstonian who has been practicing law for over 29 years mostly as a Wills and Probate Attorney. Mr. Shapley has his main office in West Houston, however has satellite offices in other parts of Houston including the Woodlands, Sugarland, the Champions area, Pearland, and elsewhere and is always willing to meet a new client at a convenient location or at their home if that works best. He is married to Kathy Shapley and has an 8 year old son Michael. Mr. Shapley is active in coaching youth basketball and church activities. This office provides services by an experienced attorney at reasonable prices.
