Audrey Rasmusson is the second attorney in my office..
Yes, I also speak French, Lingala and some Spanish.
I also represent people with Social Security Disability claims. If you have been denied by Social Security, then you will have 60 days from the date of your denial to request a hearing.
Due to the Social Security Disability rules, your age is extremely important, with claimants over the age of 50 having the best chance of success. In addition, you must have regular medical treatment, and it is important that your treating physician be supportive of your disability claim. Almost all of my clients have gone some form of financial hardship, such as job loss or loss of income, or divorce or some form of medical problem. They may have had bad luck, but they're still good people. You probably have lots of questions about the areas in which I specialize (bankruptcy, IRS tax help, Social Security Disability claims and Student Loan assistance). I can answer those questions for you.
When you hire me, you meet directly with me and not other attorneys or paralegals. I am the one who will handle your case.
My goal is to provide clients with as much information as possible beginning with their first phone call and first consultation through to the conclusion of their case. The more that clients know about the law and the way things work, the better our outcomes will be.
I've been a lifelong Pittsburgher and practicing law since 1993. I've had the same Green Tree office just off the Parkway West since 1997.
