How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Our firm's practice includes mediation and arbitration. However, our experience and focus is to assist the client resolve their claims by reducing the costs of mediation and arbitration when possible. When a client won't be fairly compensated our firm demands mediation and arbitration with the goal of providing the client with the compensation deserved.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Unlike most major law firms, Nathan works one on one with his clients in creative and efficient ways while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics. Most importantly, Nathan values his relationship with his clients. As the only attorney in his office, he is always on hand to speak to his clients personally and to give them individualized attention. Clients are not passed on to paralegals and other non-attorneys, instead, clients are my number one priority.

While all documents are drafted by our firm, client's who have prepared documents or would like our firm to review documents may schedule an appointment with us. We are eager to help personal injury victims and will provide as much assistance as feasibly possible.

Nathan Cooley

Established in 2008 by Nathan Cooley.
As an undergraduate, Nathan attended the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2003. Nathan continued his studies at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law also at Arizona State University receiving his law degree in 2006.
In 2007 and 2008, Nathan went back to school and earned a masters degree in Real Estate Development through the College of Design at ASU. While in school, he was a recipient of the Urban Land Institute Scholarship.

Nathan works one on one with the clients and provides an effective work environment that provides clients with detailed attention to their cases while working with a paralegal to reduce costs.
