Neil Opdahl-Lopez (Major, USMCR) is a former Judge Advocate who served active duty aboard Camp Pendleton, California (2011-2018), and stood in various attorney positions including: prosecutor, civil law, and staff judge advocate. Through this comprehensive and foundational experience, then Captain Opdahl-Lopez learned the value of a a multi faceted base of knowledge and experience in order to accomplish the task and mission at hand, no matter the circumstances. Since parting from active duty in 2015, he transitioned into non profit work, where he defended indigent clients against slumlords and being evicted through unlawful detainers for several years. In late 2017, Neil instituted his own private practice and struck out on his own, and put his vast array of experience to work- he now specializes in DUI defense, criminal defense, and divorces (uncontested). As a member of the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), Neil completed the Summer 2019 intensive course in Boston, MA (graduation pictured). A new addition to the team here, Georgina Rodriguez worked for the Alhambra Police Department as a 911 Police and Fire Dispatcher for Seven years, from date-date. She also studied with staff members from the Los Angeles D.E.A. office and assisted in deescalating numerous dangerous situations for the safety of our officers and the community. Georgina also worked with The Alhambra Police Department, assisting and aiding at-risk children through the D.A.R.E. Program, flourishing and realizing her love and dedication for children. Since defining and pursuing her passion and calling, Georgina works with Special Education students and parents at the Norwalk La-Mirada School District Office. Georgina has held many positions, such as a general aide, a nurse aide, a transition specialist, and an advocate for students in many different capacities and continues this tradition of service in many meaningful ways. Georgina recently assisted in opening a Special Education Department at Inspire Charter Schools to serve our special education students' needs in a better way. Through all this, Georgina funded her own education in order to get her Paralegals Certificate and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
