Law Office of Kevin W. Fulcher

The Law Office of Kevin W. Fulcher, is a solo practice devoted to obtaining the best possible solution for clients in Divorce, Custody, Child support, and Restraining Order matters.

Firm Overview

Kevin Fulcher has built a successful domestic relations law practice in Walpole, Massachusetts. As a solo practitioner, Attorney Fulcher handles every aspect of each client's case and has the opportunity to personally interact with each client he represents. Although he works primarily on divorce, custody, child support and restraining order cases, Attorney Fulcher's legal knowledge extends to adoption, real estate transactions, estate planning, landlord/tenant litigation and some criminal defense.

Attorney Fulcher is well known in the Norfolk Country and Bristol County probate courts. In addition to representing his clients, Attorney Fulcher participates in the pro-bono "Lawyer for a Day" program at the Norfolk County Probate and Family court. As a volunteer attorney, Fulcher provides legal advice to individuals and families who are in court without their own representation.

Attorney Fulcher has also been appointed on numerous cases in the Bristol County Family Court to represent children, through the ARC program, in highly contested custody cases. Attorney Fulcher has a further history of community service as he has been a hotline crisis counselor at the Samaritan's volunteer center.

Attorney Fulcher's interest in family law stems from the time he spent working with underprivileged and disadvantaged urban youth. He interned at the Youth Advocacy Project in Roxbury and also served as a student public defender in the Boston Juvenile Court.

Prior to earning his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, Fulcher worked in publishing as an indexer for Macmillan in Indianapolis. Fulcher left Macmillan - and his Colts season tickets - to move to Boston, where he founded his own indexing company that specialized in computer guides and professional texts.

At Suffolk Law, Fulcher received the Jurisprudence Award in Fiduciary Relations, was awarded Honors for his performance at the Juvenile Justice Clinic and was selected to aide Public Administrator for the Commonwealth, Professor Charles Rounds, Jr.

When he is not advocating for his clients in court, researching Massachusetts case law or networking at legal conferences and seminars, Attorney Fulcher enjoys spending time with his three children.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Absolutely, I can be there for you and as involved or not involved as you need me to be.

This option can not only save you in legal fees. Sometimes having an attorney coach from the sidelines is the best way to achieve your goal. When the opposing party is dealing with you and not an attorney they may be more open to settling your case on favorable terms. If you are working with me i can keep you focused and advised on what would be a fair and/or favorable result for you.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

A client's input in a case is a must. You know the facts of your case more than anyone else in the world. I need your input for us to be successful. Anything we do will be a joint effort.
