Firm Overview

In these deeply troubling financial times, millions of people are experiencing severe economic hardships, most through no faults of their own. If you are at risk of losing your home through foreclosure, or are considering filing for bankruptcy, you need expert legal guidance to help you make the right decisions and avoid costly mistakes. I have helped hundreds of individuals and families in Riverside and San Bernardino counties to save their homes and take advantage of the legal options available to them.

Meet with me--before it is too late--for a free, confidential, no-obligation initial consultation. I can analyze your financial situation and advise you as to whether you qualify to file for bankruptcy. If so, I can provide guidance as to which Chapter of bankruptcy you should file for, and discuss with you how it can benefit you and your family. I may even be able to help you save your home! Unlike large law firms that routinely pass off their clients to paralegals, I work closely and directly with you throughout the legal process, from start to finish. I will be there to answer your questions, and will personally appear with you in court. I consider my relationship with you as a client to be a personal one. I listen and care. My overhead is much lower than the large impersonal law firms, so my fees are more reasonable. I offer plan payments for my attorney fees, which are regulated by the court.

I am an experienced attorney who has practiced in Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 1992. I practiced Family Law until 1999, and then redirected my practice to Bankruptcy law. I am a certified mediator for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court Central District since 1998; a mediator for the Dispute Resolution Services of the Riverside County Bar Association since 2000; and an arbitrator on the California State Bar Panel of Arbitrators since 2000.

I represent both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, and creditors in Chapter 11's. I also represent debtors and creditors in litigation matters in the bankruptcy court and Chapter 7 Trustees in asset cases.
