Mr. LoSordo has an extensive financial business background. He
has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Exam and met the exam qualifications to become a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
John LoSordo has lived in Monmouth County, New Jersey for nearly twenty years. He graduated from Saint Francis Preparatory School in Queens, New York. He attended Miami University, graduating with a degree in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant while working at Touche Ross & Company in Newark, New Jersey.

Mr. LoSordo became a commodity trader and was a member of the Chicago Board of Trade and New York Mercantile Exchange for over twenty years. He primarily traded crude oil futures where he was regarded as one of the largest traders.
In 2014, Mr. LoSordo graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Florida Bar. He has been an intern for the Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson, Chief Judge for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
Mr. LoSordo is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the Turnaround Management Association. He has also recently completed the exams to qualify as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
