I am a solo practitioner. I have worked in law firms. I prefer the freedom and flexibility of being on my own, working directly with my clients, and not being confined to working the usual 9am-6pm hours. I have handled cases from intake through trials. Some cases are appealed to the Pennsylvania Superior Court and some go even further, to the Pennsylvnia Supreme Court. I have briefed and argued cases before both Courts. My more than 40 years of successful practice have allowed me to hone my skill set to deliver optimum service to my clients.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have been in practice for over 40 years. I enjoy helping people, particularly through the hard times faced when they have legal issues to deal with. My philopshy is to be accessible to my clients, to be strategic, to explain the process every step of the way and to be straight. I want my clients to make informed decisions. I treat my clients with respect and I talk TO them, not AT them.

More than 40 years of litigation practice has armed me with skills and knowledge to resolve problems, in or out of court. My academic credentials are extremely strong and my love of the law is reflected in my taking many more continuing legal credits than required.
