Bankruptcy

Attorney Cynthia L. Gonzalez is here to help. Filing for Bankruptcy often helps a client get a fresh start. Our knowledge of Bankruptcy Law helps clients to find their second chance. If you are struggling with debt, Bankruptcy may be your solution.

Is the weight of debt causing you to feel overwhelmed (foreclosure, car repo, judgment, etc.)? Want to get a fresh start?

Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy may be what you need to consider to help you during your difficult financial season. At the Law Office of Cynthia L. Gonzalez we treat every client with dignity and help them to understand that a fresh start does not mean failure, it means that there is help from the crushing weight of debt.

It is our goal to help clients determine which chapter of Bankruptcy they qualify to file, file all necessary Bankruptcy Petitions (and Schedules), and attend the Creditors Meeting. One of the firm's primary goals is to utilize knowledge and compassion to help the client know that they have a guide to help them to navigate the road to their fresh start.

Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes because our office understands that sometimes clients only need assistance with part of their case.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We recognize that one size solution does fit all client matters. All clients receive unique assistance and perspective.

Cynthia Gonzalez

Law Office of Cynthia Gonzalez

I am a compassionate and client focused attorney with the desire to help clients find the best solution for their legal matters. The reason that I decided to become an attorney was to help people. So I set out to law school on a 228,000 mile and 4 year trip to make sure that I had the tools to help the people in my community.

What I like most about practicing law is that I not only get to help clients find solutions, but often get to educate clients about their rights and help them understand how they can move forward.

Bankruptcy provides me with the vehicle that I need to help clients get their "fresh start" after really difficult times. Estate Planning helps me to provide clients with a way to prepare for the future of their families with the least amount of conflict. Family Law allows me to help people find the best possible solution for their current or new families by keeping the focus on the important factors involved in the case. Immigration allows me to assist clients to gain access to a dream that they will live out for the rest of their lives. I love what I do.

I became a solo practitioner because I wanted to be able to commit more time and attention to each case. I believe that clients have unique issues that require out of the box solutions.
