At The Law Office of Andrew Reichardt, we give our utmost attention to each and every disability case, offering the personalized service that has become our trademark in Salt Lake City and throughout Utah.
With a larger, more impersonal law practice, you might not know from day to day just who is responsible for representing your interests. Your primary contact at our firm will be Andrew Reichardt himself, and he will be personally available to discuss your case.
Social Conscience, Legal Expertise
Mr. Reichardt's educational background in social work and law serves us well in our primary area of practice, disability advocacy. We use the field of law to further the interests of our clients and society as a whole.
How has he done that? By spending the past eighteen years exclusively and successfully representing those with disability claims. He has helped well over 2,500 clients with physical and mental impairments receive disability benefits that they were unable to obtain on their own.
Hard Work, Constant Communication
Many Social Security disability claims are denied before they are eventually approved. An initial denial is not unusual, and does not mean that you won't ultimately win your case. In fact, almost 80% of claimants in Utah are denied benefits on their first application.
We also handle Long Term Disability and ERISA claims. ERISA stands for The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, a federal outline for regulating employee benefit plans, including Long Term Disability policies sponsored and/or insured by an employer.
Prevailing in a Social Security disability case often takes persistence and hard work. We're ready to provide both. If you have been turned down for disability benefits, don't give up. The Law Office of Andrew Reichardt can help you determine what action to take next.

Long Term Disability, Social Security Disability, and SSI
We are a local firm that focuses on Social Security Disability and SSI claims. We also handle Long Term Disability claims. If you are unable to work due to a physical or mental impairment, we can help.
Mr. Reichardt began working with disabled individuals during summer jobs in high school, where he worked as a summer camp counselor for disabled children and adults. Since then, he has been dedicated to working with people with disabilities, ensuring that they are treated with dignity, and securing the benefits they have paid for, either through years of tax payments or an employer-sponsored plan.
Mr. Reichardt worked with disabled individuals long before law school was ever even a thought in his mind. Upon entering college, he chose Social Work as his major. When he finished law school, working on disability claims seemed like the perfect mix of his experience, undergrad degree, and law license.
We are a small firm, and intend to remain that way. Mr. Reichardt meets with every client, performs all legal work on each client's file, and maintains regular contact with each client.
We do not believe that bigger is better. Rather, we believe that to best represent your client, you need to know your client. Regular back and forth communication with our clients distinguishes our office from other disability attorneys, who may have very little communication with their clients and rely on a staff of non-attorneys to prepare a claim.
Mr. Reichardt has provided assistance to people with disabilities since the age of 16, when he began work as a summer camp counselor for disabled children and adults. Since then, essentially every job he has had has been advocating disabled individuals. He is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, NY and Washington & Lee School of Law in Lexington, VA.
