How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We looked at the needs of Belknap and surrounding counties and matched them to our passions. Attorney Richey is passionate about criminal defense, and those areas of law where family law and criminal intersect. Attorney Greenlee is passionate about divorce and litigation as well as helping people avoid unnecessary litigation. We found that our community was underserved and that there was great opportunity to help.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

We have seen the profound effects that being charged with criminal acts can do to an individual and their family, what divorce can do to an individual's well being, and how a well crafted estate plan can avoid unnecessary hardships during probate. We are in touch with what our clients are experiencing emotionally and can empathize while still remaining objective. We treat our clients with dignity, respect, and honesty. Cases are not just a problem to be solved, but rather a person we can help move to a better life.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We really like ice cream. A lot.
