Allow us to help you today so that you can have a better tomorrow!

We are a Houston based Bankruptcy Law Firm assisting individuals and families to protect their homes from foreclosures, protect and recover their cars from repossession and help them find financial freedom from their debts!

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

My parents had to file a bankruptcy when I was younger due to a failed business and I saw the internal difficulties of them having make this difficult decision to file a bankruptcy. However the choice became obvious to them once they considered that pride is not going to feed the family. They needed to do something about their business debts before it consumed them and left our family with nothing. I understand that deciding to file bankruptcy is a difficult and tough choice. It may not be for everyone BUT it is an option that I would like my clients to know and have when my client make their decision of what will be best for their family.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

The attorneys at my firm attends bankruotcy specific CLE (continuing legal education) every year to improve and educate ourselves so that we never fall behind and provide the best education to our clients

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My clients will be assigned to 1 attorney throughout their case and will only speak to their attorney if they have any questions or concerns. We believe this will create an environment that will allow our clients to get the best information because the assigned attorney will know their situation from beginning to end.
