Brian F. LaBovick is admitted to the Florida Bar; the Federal Bar (in 1990); the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (in 1993); and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida (in 1993).
His work has earned him an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The AV rating is the highest rank conferred by Martindale-Hubbell and reflects both professional ability and high ethical standards. Mr. LaBovick was named a Super Lawyer in 2007 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Mr. LaBovick obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1987. He obtained a Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law in Florida in 1990. Receiving the distinguished honor of being invited into the Graduate Program at the United States Department of Justice, he began his legal career as a Federal Prosecutor in 1990.
In 1992, Mr. LaBovick established the Florida law firm in Coral Gables, Florida. Initially, the firm was a General Practice and handled various types of cases, including civil, commercial, and criminal cases, securities litigation, bankruptcy, and dissolution of marriage. In 1993, LaBovick LaBovick & Diaz relocated to Palm Beach County and became exclusively a Plaintiffs firm with an emphasis on Civil Trial.

Peter Hunt, Esq., is a maritime attorney and personal injury lawyer at LaBovick Law Group. He began as a legal intern and got sworn into the Florida Bar as an attorney in 2013.
In law school, he earned several honors, including the St. Thomas University School of Law Merit Scholarship, Dean's List, Florida Justice Association Awareness Award, Pro Bono Exceptional Service Award and the Silver Oar Award. He was also involved with the Maritime Law Society, was a volunteer for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and was a Florida Justice Association student member. He continues to stay involved with many of these organizations.

Amanda McCoy, Esq. brings extensive experience in various areas of law including social security disability, workers' compensation, personal injury, intellectual property, business law, and estate planning. Ms. McCoy worked as a legal assistant for LaBovick Law Group while earning her BA in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. McCoy attended Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude in the top 10% of her class, and earned a certificate in intellectual property. Ms. McCoy also earned the CALI award for International Intellectual Property. While attending law school she also worked in the FIU Small Business Clinic, and as a legal extern with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County in their Coverage to Care program. While at legal aid, she fought passionately to help individuals overcome barriers to healthcare.
After law school Ms. McCoy began her career in the areas of federal trademark litigation, transactional business law, and estate planning. In these roles, she honed her skills in litigation, settlement negotiations, mediations, depositions, and more. She then returned to LaBovick Law Group as an associate attorney with their Social Security Disability practice to again fight for individuals facing barriers to their earned befits and healthcare. As an associate attorney, Ms. McCoy possesses extensive legal knowledge, keen insight, and a tireless commitment to advocating for her clients. Her experience and dedication to fighting for the rights of clients makes her an invaluable member of the LaBovick Law Group.
Elizabeth Seemann is LaBovick Law Group's lead Social Security disability and Veterans Affairs attorney. After graduating from the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine, she was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2011. She was then admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012. While in law school, she was on the Dean's List and Honor Roll. Mrs. Seemann is also a VA accredited attorney.
Prior to joining LaBovick Law Group, Mrs. Seemann worked as a Social Security disability attorney in Maine. After moving to Florida, she began with Freedom Disability as a hearing specialist. Soon after, she developed and managed a brief writing department for the Social Security disability (SSD) company. Mrs. Seemann has worked in the Social Security disability field for more than four years and is well-versed in SSD law and reviewing medical records.
For more than 6 months, she was a volunteer with the Miami Public Defender's office handling misdemeanor battery cases, and her hobbies include biking, fishing and cooking. Elizabeth Seemann has also created a helpful resources page that can assist her clients with some other important needs.
Barry E. Aronin joined LaBovick Law Group in 2014 as the Director of Insurance Litigation. He has PIP litigation experience representing injured persons and medical providers in their claims against automobile insurance carriers for failure to properly pay PIP benefits.
Mr. Aronin earned his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.
In law school, he was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Aronin had the distinction of being included on the Dean's List at Shepard Broad Law Center for four consecutive semesters. He likewise gained a unique insight into representing both Plaintiffs and insurance companies alike and the practical manner and application in which Insurance Law is practiced while attending Law School.
Mr. Aronin likes to stay active in his community. In Florida, Mr. Aronin has engaged in disaster relief work at the American Red Cross Center in Boca Raton, Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, exercising at the gym, participating in adult basketball leagues and reading law novels.
