What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Kliebert Law's goal is to make sophisticated legal services accessible to individuals and small businesses. By making the effort to hear and understand our clients' goals, the firm anticipates problems before they arise, allowing us to provide efficient and proactive solutions to potential setbacks.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No, we do not offer this service.

Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

No, we do not offer this service.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes, Kliebert Law believes that providing pro bono legal services is an important part of our duty as attorneys, and our attorney has been recognized as a member of the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society. We work with non-profit legal organizations to provide these services and do not accept pro bono work directly from individual clients.

Kate Kliebert

Kliebert Law, PLLC

After working at two of the country's largest law firms, Kate founded Kliebert Law to collaborate with her clients on a more personal level. Her ability to anticipate problems before they arise allows her to tackle obstacles proactively, saving her clients time and money.

Kate routinely represents businesses in breach of contract disputes and data breach/identity theft matters. She also helps individual clients mitigate the damage of identity theft and protect their privacy rights.

Kate also enjoys advising businesses and has helped clients implement innovative digital platforms and enhanced marketing campaigns in ways that minimize privacy risks to the clients and their customers.
