Firm Overview

I take pride in communicating effectively and timely with clients and assisting them with managing what can be complicated and opaque processes to ensure that clients can satisfactorily prioritize and identify their goals and then can successfully achieve the same. Many times this takes place after a process is broken and litigation is inevitable, but I also work with clients to avoid or effectively manage problems through diligent and creative investigation, drafting and negotiating strategies.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Since 2006 I have been a practicing attorney in Indiana and admitted to its state and federal courts. During this time, I have worked with a broad variety of clients from single member limited liability companies to national corporations, and companies that produce goods and services in manufacturing, development and technology areas (to name a few). My practice focuses on business law and the representation of businesses and their owners in a variety of circumstances from formation, through growth, to end phase sale, merger or dissolution. With a broad base of experience to draw on, I bring a unique perspective to problem solving with my clients.

* Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers. Any past disbarments and suspensions (with possible exceptions for minor violations or nonpayment of dues, in our discretion) will be indicated accordingly in the badge. Member attorneys are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
