Tom Morris

Tom Morris joined King Law Offices’ team in October of 2018. Tom is a Rutherford County attorney, working as a senior associate, in King Law’s Forest City and Rutherfordton, North Carolina offices. Tom practices in the areas of family law, civil litiagtion and criminal law.

Tom completed his undergraduate education at Liberty University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Government-Western Legal Traditions. After completing his undergraduate degree Tom went on to Law school at Liberty University where he graduated Cum Laude in 2018. While in Law school Tom was the Student Development Editor for the Law Review, and a Moot Court Executive Board Member. He also clerked at the United States’ Attorney’s Office where he tried cases in Federal criminal court.

Tom is the Vice President of Judicial District 41.

Tom currently lives in Rutherfordton, North Carolina with his wife and children. When he isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his children and playing the guitar.
