Josh has successfully litigated numerous cases in both state and federal court, including cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Joshua began his legal career with an AmLaw 100 law firm, where he practiced litigation for over four years and developed a solid litigation skill set. He then moved on to practice public interest litigation for several years, working with some of Los Angeles' most noteworthy non-profits, and affecting significant victories for the underserved community. Josh has successfully resolved cases at all stages of the pre-trial process, including through Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and mediation, and Joshua's ultimate focus is on achieving clients' goals through the most cost-effective means possible.
Joshua graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he selected to serve on Law Review. While on Law Review, Josh was one of only two students whose Law Review articles were later selected for publication. Lindsey F. Munyer is a Senior Associate Attorney at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Lindsey joined Keystone after working at a probate litigation firm in San Diego. She has experience litigating trust and estate matters, as well as representing fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Lindsey has represented clients in a range of capacities including as trustees, beneficiaries, executors, creditors, heirs, conservators and conservatees. Lindsey also has a background in tax planning and tax controversy. While working towards her LL.M. in Taxation, Lindsey interned with the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel, where she successfully argued a tax deficiency case in Tax Court.
Lindsey's knowledge of both the planning and drafting aspect of trusts and estates brings a unique perspective to the litigation department of Keystone and the clients she represents.

Samuel L. Birdsong is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. practicing in trust and estate litigation matters. Samuel has experience in all stages of litigation, including mediation, law and motion and trials.

Roee has experience in trusts and estates litigation, and has represented clients in a variety of capacities in connection with probate litigation matters, including beneficiaries, trustees, and court-appointed conservators.
