I've been practicing family law for 8 years and during that time, I've witnessed just how unfair fathers can be treated. As a woman who has strong, amazing father figures in my life (my dad and brother), I not only sympathize with fathers but I am disgusted by the biased treatment many of you receive at Court. For that reason, I focus my practice exclusively on representing fathers. As a father, you need a knowledgeable attorney on your side ready to fight for you so that you can get what you're legally entitled to! I'm your woman! Let me help you!
I'm Kelly McGriff, a NJ fathers' rights attorney. As someone who absolutely adores her father and brother, and all the other fathers in my life, it is my passion to help fathers enforce their rights to ensure they can be as involved in their children's lives as possible.
The truth of the matter is that fathers are fighting an uphill battle in family court. Fathers need an attorney who focuses on their unique needs and challenges and more importantly, is passionate about making sure they can be involved in the lives of their children.
That's where I come in! I've been practicing law since 2008 but I've been specifically focusing on fathers' rights for the last 2 years and during that time, I've been able to get many clients favorable outcomes in their custody, child support, parenting time or divorce case.
When I'm not representing fathers, I can be found spending time with my baby boy, hanging out with my girlfriends, baking cakes or enjoying a glass of wine.
