A. Kathleen Kaduk is an associate with the firm. She has been affiliated with the firm since beginning as a law clerk at Keis | George in 2005. Ms. Kaduk graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2007. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar on November 5, 2007, after passing the July, 2007 bar examination.
Ms. Kaduk is a graduate of Ohio University. She graduated cum laude, receiving a B.A. in Spanish, with a minor in Political Science in June, 2004. Ms. Kaduk was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity, and participated in various community outreach programs through that organization.
Ms. Kaduk is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She practices in the area of insurance subrogation, with a focus on products liability, general accident liability, construction claims, and personal injury. Katie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrew C. Stebbins became an associate with the firm in August of 2010. Andrew works in the Firm's insurance subrogation area and has worked on a variety of subrogation cases including product liability and fire loss cases.
Andrew is a 2010 graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law. Andrew was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Andrew is a 2007 graduate of the College of Wooster. While at Wooster, Andrew majored in History and received a minor in Education.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and all sports, including baseball, basketball, and skiing.
C. Bradley Krapfl became an associate attorney in April, 2008. He works in civil litigation, focusing in the area of insurance subrogation.
Mr. Krapfl graduated in 2005 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. A member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations, he has worked as a trial attorney in Illinois' Cook County since January, 2006. Brad has exclusively handled subrogation litigation in Cook County, Illinois since becoming licensed. He has tried over thirty jury trials in Cook County and its surrounding counties. He has also arbitrated hundreds of subrogation cases in the Cook County Court system.
Mr. Krapfl is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Brad enjoys going to movies, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Drew D. Price became an associate attorney at Keis | George in August of 2010. He focuses on insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, product liability, construction claims, and auto accidents.
Mr. Price graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2009, where he received a Certificate of Concentration in Litigation. While at Case, Mr. Price was Moot Court team coordinator and served on the Dean's Advisory Committee. He also participated in the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
Mr. Price graduated cum laude with Honors from The Ohio State University in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Social Issues, with a minor in Professional Writing. He graduated from Defiance High School in 2001.
In his spare time, Drew enjoys music, all sports, traveling, and being outdoors.
He is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
Herbert L. Nussle is a partner with the firm and has been affiliated with Keis | George since 1992. He began his legal career as a legal intern with the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in the summer of 1992 and joined Uhlinger & Keis in July 1992 as a law clerk. Mr. Nussle graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1994. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar the same year. After passing the bar, Mr. Nussle became an associate with the firm in November 1994.
Mr. Nussle is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He received a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, in 1989. Mr. Nussle then worked for a major accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company prior to entering the legal field. As an undergraduate, he was a Vice President of the OSU Accounting Association.
Mr. Nussle is licensed in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. The majority of his practice involves the prosecution of subrogation losses with a focus on product liability, construction and general fire losses. In 2000, Mr. Nussle presented a continuing legal education seminar to the Ohio Municipal Judges annual meeting regarding the admissibility of expert testimony. Mr. Nussle is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations. Herb is married and has two lovely daughters. He enjoys playing golf, baseball and basketball.
KEVIN F. KEELEY became an associate attorney in May, 2011. He works in civil litigation with a focus in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. Mr. Keeley graduated in 2010 from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. Kevin has extensive experience as a trial attorney in Cook County and its surrounding counties. Kevin is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Association. Kevin is also an auxiliary board member of the Small Business Advocacy Council where he advocates on behalf of small businesses and fosters strategic relationships between small business owners.
Mr. Keeley is a 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish. Kevin is also a proud graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago.
Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching and playing sports, and traveling.
Lisa M. Gerlack is an associate in the firm of Keis | George, where she concentrates on general federal and state litigation in a variety of subject areas, including insurance coverage matters, product liability, personal injury, employment law and appellate practice.
Ms. Gerlack is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In law school, she was a member of the Order of Barristers and the National Moot Court Team. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 1989; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, 1989; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District, 1992.
Ms. Gerlack graduated from Wittenberg University in 1986, with a double major in English and Spanish. She has been involved in a wide range of professional activities, including: Editor of Cuyahoga County Bar Journal, Law & Fact, (1992-1998); District 12 Delegate, Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates (1996-1998); Barrister, American Inns of Court-Harold H. Burton Chapter (1992- present). She served on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (1994-1998).
Ms. Gerlack has been a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics. She has lectured on behalf of the Cleveland and Cuyahoga County Bar Associations; Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. She has also lectured on evidence issues for the Association of Municipal and County Judges of Ohio, Inc. and the Ohio Judicial Conference. She has published articles on evidence issues relating to the admissibility of expert testimony.
Lisa is married and has four young children. She enjoys spending time with her family, running and skiing. She also engages in volunteer work assisting poor or homeless individuals and families.
Patrick J. O'Malley has been affiliated with Keis | George since 1993, when he started as a law clerk while attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. O'Malley is a partner with Keis | George.
Mr. O'Malley is a 1995 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November, 1995 and the Illinois Bar in February, 1996. Mr. O'Malley was also admitted to the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in August, 2000.
Mr. O'Malley received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois in 1991, with a business minor.
Mr. O'Malley concentrates his practice on a variety subrogation areas including product liability, construction liability, fire and explosion claims, general automobile accident as well as personal injury. Mr. O'Malley practices in both federal and state courts and has successfully argued issues in several state appellate courts.
Mr. O'Malley is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, Cuyahoga and Lorain County Bar Associations, and the Cleveland Bar Association.
Pat's wife, Jodie, is an accountant. They have three children. Pat enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, golf, running, and all sports.
Scott T. Knowles has been an associate with Keis | George since November 2003. Mr. Knowles works in the Firm's subrogation practice area which includes automobile and fire subrogation as well as construction subrogation and insurance issues.
Mr. Knowles is a 2002 graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2003. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association. Mr. Knowles is a 1999 graduate of the University of Dayton where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a 1995 graduate of St. Ignatius High School.
Mr. Knowles interned with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, serving in both the Appellate and Juvenile Divisions. He has also interned with the City of Toledo Public Defendant's Office.
Scott's interests include golfing, snow skiing, softball and spending time with family and friends.
Shaun E. Young became an associate attorney with Keis | George in March 2006. Shaun works in the Firm's insurance subrogation and defense areas, with a concentration on automobile, fire, construction, and product liability subrogation.
Mr. Young is a 2005 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2005. He is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations.
Mr. Young is a 2001 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Political Science. He is a 1997 graduate of East Palestine High School.

Warren S. George is a partner with the law firm of Keis | George, LLP. He is engaged in every aspect of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. George concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation; insurance coverage issues; insurance subrogation; product liability; and personal injury. Mr. George has extensive experience litigating fire loss and product liability cases. Mr. George is a 1986 graduate of Cleveland State University where he studied Pre-Law courses, majoring in Sociology. Mr. George is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989. Mr. George was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1989. Mr. George is involved in many professional organizations. He is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations; Cleveland Academy of Civil Trial Attorneys; American Bar Association; and DRI. Warren is married and has four young children. He enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid tennis player, participating in numerous USTA tennis leagues. He is also a golf enthusiast and golfs regularly. He enjoys all sports, including skiing, running, fishing, basketball, and softball.
William H. Keis, Jr. is a partner with the law firm of Keis | George, LLP. Mr. Keis is engaged in litigation in state and federal courts. He concentrates his practice on insurance subrogation including product liability, fires, explosions, floods, construction cases, health care subrogation and insurance coverage issues. He has extensive experience litigating a large variety of subrogation and construction cases. Mr. Keis has practiced in the Ohio Supreme Court as well as many of Ohio's Appellate courts.
Mr. Keis is a 1977 graduate of Cleveland State University where he studied Pre-Law courses, majoring in Political Science. He is a 1981 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. Keis was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Keis is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations; American Bar Association; and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
Mr. Keis has worked continuously in the subrogation arena since 1975 while working for a Cleveland subrogation law firm. Since beginning his legal practice in 1982 his main practice area has been insurance subrogation. Mr. Keis has litigated thousands of subrogation cases all over Ohio and in other states. Bill is married and has two children. Bill enjoys spending time with his family, reading and travelling.
