Warren S. George is a partner with the law firm of Keis | George, LLP. He is engaged in every aspect of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. George concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation; insurance coverage issues; insurance subrogation; product liability; and personal injury. Mr. George has extensive experience litigating fire loss and product liability cases. Mr. George is a 1986 graduate of Cleveland State University where he studied Pre-Law courses, majoring in Sociology. Mr. George is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989. Mr. George was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1989. Mr. George is involved in many professional organizations. Lisa M. Gerlack

Lisa M. Gerlack is an associate in the firm of Keis | George, where she concentrates on general federal and state litigation in a variety of subject areas, including insurance coverage matters, product liability, personal injury, employment law and appellate practice.

Ms. Gerlack is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In law school, she was a member of the Order of Barristers and the National Moot Court Team. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 1989; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, 1989; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District, 1992.

A. Kathleen Kaduk

A. Kathleen Kaduk is an associate with the firm. She has been affiliated with the firm since beginning as a law clerk at Keis | George in 2005. Mr. Knowles is a 2002 graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2003. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association. Mr. Knowles is a 1999 graduate of the University of Dayton where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a 1995 graduate of St. Ignatius High School.

Herbert L. Nussle

Herbert L. Nussle is a partner with the firm and has been affiliated with Keis | George since 1992. He began his legal career as a legal intern with the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in the summer of 1992 and joined Uhlinger & Keis in July 1992 as a law clerk. Mr. Nussle graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1994. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar the same year. After passing the bar, Mr. Nussle became an associate with the firm in November 1994.

Mr. Nussle is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He received a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, in 1989. Mr. Nussle then worked for a major accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company prior to entering the legal field. As an undergraduate, he was a Vice President of the OSU Accounting Association.

Patrick J. O'Malley

Patrick J. O'Malley has been affiliated with Keis | George since 1993, when he started as a law clerk while attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. O'Malley is a partner with Keis | George.

Mr. O'Malley is a 1995 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November, 1995 and the Illinois Bar in February, 1996. Mr. O'Malley was also admitted to the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in August, 2000.

Mr. O'Malley received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois in 1991, with a business minor.

Kevin Keeley

KEVIN F. KEELEY became an associate attorney in May, 2011. He works in civil litigation with a focus in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. Mr. Keeley graduated in 2010 from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. Kevin has extensive experience as a trial attorney in Cook County and its surrounding counties. Kevin is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Association. Kevin is also an auxiliary board member of the Small Business Advocacy Council where he advocates on behalf of small businesses and fosters strategic relationships between small business owners.

KEVIN F. KEELEY became an associate attorney in May, 2011. He works in civil litigation with a focus in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. Mr. Keeley graduated in 2010 from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. Kevin has extensive experience as a trial attorney in Cook County and its surrounding counties. Kevin is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Association. Kevin is also an auxiliary board member of the Small Business Advocacy Council where he advocates on behalf of small businesses and fosters strategic relationships between small business owners.

Kevin Keeley

KEVIN F. KEELEY became an associate attorney in May, 2011. He works in civil litigation with a focus in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. Mr. Keeley graduated in 2010 from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar that same year. Kevin has extensive experience as a trial attorney in Cook County and its surrounding counties. Kevin is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Association. Kevin is also an auxiliary board member of the Small Business Advocacy Council where he advocates on behalf of small businesses and fosters strategic relationships between small business owners.

Mr. Keeley is a 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish. Kevin is also a proud graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching and playing sports, and traveling.
