Shirin M. Vesely handles complex commercial litigation. She represents individuals, firms, corporations, and partnerships in business disputes including dissolutions. Michael J. Keane is certified by the National Board of Trial Lawyers in Civil Trial and Business Litigation. He is rated "Preeminent" in his field by Martindale-HubbellSM. Charles W. Gerdes handles complex commercial litigation and appeals. He is experienced in program management and Defense Acquisitions Regulations (FAR/DFAR). He also represents firms, corporations, and partnerships in business dissolutions and appeals. Nicole M. Ziegler handles commercial litigation representing firms, corporations, and partnerships in business dissolutions, litigation, and appeals.
Brandon S. Vesely handles all aspects of appellate litigation in state and federal court, including brief writing and oral argument. He also provides litigation support, including drafting and arguing complex pre-trial motions, case dispositive motions, jury instructions and post-trial motions. Mr. Vesely is board certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He was recognized in the National Law Journal as one of Tampa's Top Lawyer's in 2012. He was also recognized in Tampa Bay Magazine as one of Tampa Bay's Top Lawyers in 2010. He was selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in the field of appellate law in 2009. And he was selected as one of the "40 under 40" by the Tampa Bay Review in 2002.

Mr. Vesely attended Dartmouth College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 with a double major in Geography and Visual Arts. Mr. Vesely also played on Dartmouth's Ivy League football team and was a member of the Chi Gamma Epsilon Fraternity. He then attended Stetson University College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. Thereafter, Mr. Vesely served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Jerry R. Parker of the Second District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida from 1997 through 1998. Mr. Vesely is married to Shirin M. Vesely, and together they have two daughters. Mr. Vesely is currently the coordinator and manager of his daughters' soccer teams.
