Specializing in business issues specific to entrepreneurs, Kalia Law Group offers most of its services on a flat-fee basis which includes unlimited access to your own attorney for advice and counsel throughout the engagement. Kalia Law Group offers reasonable rates due to its efficient use of technology (it is a virtually paperless office) and its commitment to serving the needs of business owners. Services offered include: choice of entity, incorporation and LLC formation, partnership agreements, licensing and trademarks, franchises, commercial real estate transactions, sales and service agreements, and publishing agreements. Kalia Law Group's attorneys are from top law schools and have experience working in the most prestigious large law firms.
