My office concentrates on Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney, advanced Estate and Gift Tax Planning, and Probate administration.
I focus on establishing a personal relationship with my clients and fully evaluate their financial situations as well as their family structure and relationships. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and strive to meet your needs, whether you have a modest estate or a taxable one, a traditional family or a blended one, or you are a single person or parent, or have a long-term partner. Kelly L. Wright graduated from Vassar College in 1989 with a B.A. in Drama. She started her law career several years later as a certificated paralegal in Chicago. After drafting estate planning documents for a year as a paralegal, she moved to Florida to go to law school. Kelly is a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the Elder Law Section. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. Kelly has received a peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Kelly enjoys practicing in the estate planning area because she has the opportunity to help people solve some of the most difficult questions they may face what will happen when I die, and what will happen to my family. Each family situation is like a puzzle, and Kelly enjoys putting the pieces together. For a comprehensive and customized set of documents, please Contact Us at 561-784-6945. !
