Joshua Massingill

Joshua Massingill, Attorney at Law, PLLC

Joshua is a native Texan and graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute, the nation’s top-ranked dispute resolution program. He serves on the Texas State Bar’s Law Practice Management Committee and the Success-Werx Board of Advisors. He mentors young entrepreneurs in Leander ISD’s INCubatorEDU program and is active in his church.

He served as Legislative Counsel to a United States Representative in Washington, DC until 2014, when he decided to return to Texas for reasons every Texan will inherently understand. As Counsel to the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, he managed a broad portfolio of legal and regulatory issues and contributed to significant legislative reforms.

Katherine Bohnen

Katherine is an experienced attorney with a rich background in civil litigation and business law. She is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and North Carolina. She holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from The State University of New York at Oneonta and a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law. While in law school, Katherine clerked with United States Federal District Court Judge Thomas J.McAvoy and interned with the California Attorney General’s Office.

Katherine currently practices in business and contract law in Texas and North Carolina. Previously, she served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas where she practiced in civil litigation. Additionally, Katherine has diverse experience in private practice, including family law and criminal law. Katherine brings an energetic, knowledgeable, and personalized approach to each of her clients. Katherine currently resides in Northern Virginia but will continue to relocate due to her husband’s career as a Marine Corps Officer. They have one son, Jackson.
