Joanna R. Joplin is a Partner with Joplin Hendricks. Joanna was reared in McKinney, Texas, and she is a fifth generation Collin County native. She has experience handling a variety of matters including foreclosures, real estate banking transactions, purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, landlord/tenant issues, business formation, as well as estate planning, probate and guardianship matters.
Joe M. Joplin is an Of Counsel attorney with Joplin Hendricks, PLLC. Joe has managed a significant real estate practice involving representation of builders, borrowers, lenders, and title companies. He is an attorney authorized to close real estate transactions on behalf of Capital Title of Texas. Joe has deep roots in Collin County, having been born and reared here, and has practiced law here for over forty years.
Rebecca Hendricks Brewer is a Partner with Joplin Hendricks. Rebecca was born and reared in McKinney, Texas, and returned to McKinney after graduating from law school where she is raising her three (3) sons as sixth generation Collin County natives. Her practice is focused primarily on commercial real estate and business transactions. Rebecca has experience handling the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, banking transactions, title examinations and closings.
